I hold Vishnu ji in very high esteem! I have been through at least 3 trainings led by him and his insights, the way he conducts the training , draws the best out of everyone, makes the individual think is amazing. He does not rush through anything and the flow is seamless and all the dots get connected so beautifully. My experience of the training still makes me sit up as he made me realise a few things about me that have helped me become a better version of myself. Professionally I have a lot to owe him!

Propel curriculum uses a unique and systematic way of introducing language to the pre-primary children. Children start reading early with an understanding of phonics rather than letter names. It has been fascinating to see how the confidence level of children has exponentially increased as they are able to not only read but also construct simple words by themselves from an early stage.
The biggest strength of Propel is that it focuses on concept building rather than rote learning. It comes from using a wide variety
of creative instruction materials e.g. phonics boxes and flash cards and a number of activities to help understand the concept better. The instruction materials is colourful and integrates a variety of concepts. We constantly see children applying what they have learnt in their everyday life. Parents have been very happy with the rich vocabulary children have been showing by the time they reach
KG 2. PBL has been an excellent tool to encourage active thinking among children and understand the environment around them.
It nurtures young minds to become fluent readers and active thinkers. Truly, Propel makes learning visible.
The Propel and PBL program has been very helpful in implementing the experiential learning approach in our school. The well-planned age, appropriate projects and the easily implementable ideas are greatly appreciated by everybody.

The transition that I find in our classrooms – it has become more creative and joyful! PBL culminations have been a game-changer in transforming parents’ perception about experiential learning- no one can miss the excitement and confidence our children exude while presenting their work and learning in the PBL culminations.

Project-Based Learning (PBL) provided a wonderful real-world experience for students, teachers, and parents, fostering connectivity among them. I owe a deep gratitude to Vishnu Sir for his lifelong dedication to the deep study of particulars, which made it seem like our little masters were pursuing PhDs. I experienced this transformative approach at the esteemed Columbus Public School under the leadership of our respected principal, Ms. Vandana Pande. PBL truly empowered students with essential 21st-century skills, boosting their confidence and proving that the sky is the limit.
